My comments on your white cards:
Sacramento Tzar wrote: Heroic Defender (creature - avian knight) 1(W) defender, flying, Heroic Defender takes no damage from any creature with poison toxic or the ability to give poison counters 0/4
Id just make this : Defender, Flying, Protection from creatures with Poison, Protection from creatures with Toxic. Protection is pretty much the same as no damage when it comes to creatures (different for colours etc). Also I assume all creatures that are able to give poison counters would have either Poison or Toxic. Older cards would be errata'ed to have one of these. Sacramento Tzar wrote: Snake Hunter (creature - human knight) 2(W) T: 2pts of damage to target creature with poison or toxic or the ability to give poison counters 1/1
T: Snake Hunter deals 2 damage to target creature with Posion or Toxic. Sacramento Tzar wrote: Holy Healer (creature - human cleric) (W)(W) T: give target player 2 life or to remove 1 poison counter from target player 1/1
T: Target player gains 2 life. T: Remove 1 poison counter from target player. Sacramento Tzar wrote: Young Priestess (creature - human cleric) 1(W) When Young Priestess comes into play, remove 1 poison counter from target player 1/3
Moonlit Angel (creature - Angel) 2(W)(W) As long as Moonlit Angel is in play it's controller can't be given any poison counters, flying 3/3
Very pedantic, but put flying first. Sacramento Tzar wrote: Leaches (sorcery) 2(W)(W) Remove all poison counters from target player, target player loses 1 life for every poison counter removed
Nice... you even worked in a reprint Although it is actually: Leaches (sorcery) 2(W)(W) Target player loses all poison counters. Leeches deals 1 damage to that player for each poison counter removed this way. Click here for the gatherer linkSacramento Tzar wrote: Poison Controll (instant) 1(W) Prevent all poison counters being given until the end of turn
Until end of turn, players cant be given Poison counters. Sacramento Tzar wrote: Pain to Pleasure (sorcery) X(W) Target player gains 2 life for every poison counter he/she has where X equals the number of poison counter he/she has, only white mana can be spent this way
Hmm... I see what you are trying to do, but its difficult to template properly. The problem is that X in a cost is always up the player how much they spend. Effects like this are usually put in the card's rules text as an "additional cost". Try this: Pain to Pleasure (sorcery) (W) As an additional cost to play Pain to Pleasure, pay (W) for each poison counter target player has. Target player gains 2 life for every poison counter he or she has. Sacramento Tzar wrote: Light Banishment (sorcery) 2(W) Remove target creature from the game if it has toxic, poison, or the ability to give poison counters
Remove target creature with Toxic or Poison from the game.

Bairdsy1 wrote: How about this for the R/W enchantment - its using the same concept as what I had thought of for the blue card, but fits better here - White likes to take posion away from players, and red likes to give it to them directly. Combine the two for:
Noxious Conduit Enchantment 2(R)(W) 2(R)(W): Remove a poison counter from target player and add a poison counter to another target player.
Well this is the 2nd good enemy colored enchantment you have come up with. How about we just have multi-colored ones for every combination? Some of the color combinations might give us problems, but I am sure we can come up with appropriate card ideas for them.

Here's some more idea abilities, I'm not going to try wrapping cards around them:
-When this creature takes damage, target player other than the controller of the source of the damage gains that many poison counters.
-T: Remove a poison counter from target player and place a -1/-1 counter on target creature that player controls. You gain 1 life.
-This creature's power and toughness are equal to the number of poison counters you have.
-All creatures get +1/-1 for every poison counter on their controller.
-(1), pay 2 life: Place a poison counter on target player.
-When this card comes into play, move all poison counters from players to this card. You lose 1 life for each poison counter removed in this way.
(1): Move one poison counter from this card to target player.
-Target player gets control of target creature. That player gets 1 poison counter.

Maybe something that isn't stuck with poison counters:
Symbiosis (X)(W)
Sorceru
Remove X poison counters from target player. Another target player gains X life.
The name might not be very good, but that card is basically a "Stream of Life" when there aren't any poison counters but has a secondary purpose of removing poison counters (which does not make it more valuable).

Those look like cool card ideas. I plan on incorperating alot of them into the poison expansion. I appologize for not responding sooner, but I have had next to no time in the last couple of days to be online.

Viperlord, do you mean for it to have to target 2 different players? or did you mean for it to be able to remove the counters and add the life to the same player?
If you wanted the second option, it should be worded:
Symbiosis (X)(W)
Sorceru
Remove X poison counters from target player. Target player gains X life.
By specifying the "another" you enforce different targets. This way both targets can be the same. Of course this way it is stronger, so should probably cost (X)(W)(W) or (X)(W)(W)(W) (I prefer to over-cost rather than under-cost cards. Over costed cards dont break a set, under costed ones do.)

Well we still need 4 more enchantment cards (white/black)(black/green)(green/blue)(blue/red)... either that or we can just drop the (red/white) one and call it a set. Either way, I am useless at the art department (unless stealing it from google images count *evil wink*.
Bairdsy1: Would it be possible for you to have one of your programs create packs for this expansion so that we could have a sealed tourney? Goddess only knows how we would assign rarity to the cards (something I am inclinded to let someone else do).

Once you have finished designing them Ill be happy to go through and assign rarities if you like.
It should also be fairly simple for me to write something simple to create packs. That reminds me... I havent done any work on that GUI in a week or more.... maybe I should get back to it.

JrEye: That looks great.
At this point I am going drop the red/white enchantment and call it a set. I am going to repost ever color by itself one time and ask for comments/feedback. This time, I won't do a cumlative list. Instead I really will just post one group at a time.
