From here on out, continue with the slave pits, try your best to keep them full, you're income will thank you. Use the racial spells to max your imps and keep your realm happy. ATTACK EVERY 12 HOURS. Even if it means hitting at 67%, you didn't build maximum hospitals to let them sit there and LOOSE money. You need them for your pits - but the saved troops are a nice add on.

Yeah I noticed that bruizar. The savings on slave deaths, however, really don't justify using hospitals as the savings is more on troops deaths. It is a nice bonus V added to them however.

Well, minos uses both 150% cas specs, expensive elites and very expensive shamans that must not die. Uses slaves alot and got a bunch of heroers, so if you go hospitals I guess minotaur is your race of choice.

15% land for 0.4% slave deaths, you have to go with so many slavepits that is not possible in my eyes.

A failed kidnap will cost you alot of gold
