Changed delay to 500ms.
Corrected bug. Bottom margins wasn't updated when the chat was resized.
Made it possible for admins to post in realm chat as admin.
Please continue to test and let me know if you get any problems.

Bug: When I click on certain links (Guide, Global council) the chat scrolls up 1-2 lines.

Me and Fergy have found the problem with the 1-2 line scroll up. It's because some pages add the scrollbar to the right which decreases the width and some messages may be two rows instead of one. I have not found a solution to this problem yet.
I have made following changes.
I have now added a user newspaper which will automatically update the chat with newspaper messages. This "user" can be disabled as the other users if you want. I have also made some performance optimization but you will probably not notice any difference.
Messages will be stored for 48 hours instead of max posts limit.
Added a limit how many posts you can make in 48 hours. The limit shouldn't be any problem for ordinary users.
Added a resize cursor when you hould mouse over Messages title.

Bugs: "You cannot post messages as you have reached or max amount of posts in the last 48 hours" - 0 messages so far.
Newspaper messages only appear in chat after refresh or open/close.
Browser Back/Forward buttons seem to no longer work properly (will have to test more. edit: Maybe only related to Global links {rankings, guide, GC}).
edit: Side-bar links do not work correctly. I know I'm having trouble with Global Council, Rankings and Guide. Btw, newspaper chat looks great. Thanks zip.

Annoying I hope this will be fixed before I leave my realm to test the new races. Quote: Btw, newspaper chat looks great.
Thanks zip. Agreed! Now we just need a user containing our own personal kingdom news.

Fergy> I have not made any changes to the sidebar links and I have no problems with my Chrome. Which browser are you using?

It'd be nice if realm chat at least accepted simple characters like + and %

Thanks. I'll take a look at it but I don't expect it to be fixed before next round =/

At first I was going to give council cleaners power to delete messages but how messages are received made it complicated to code. It may be something that I add in the future when I need a project.
I want to have main focus for a tutorial as my next project and also finish the achievements.
Maybe someone can write the help texts for achievements?
