How is possible to get 4 attacks from same realm within 9 hours without war?

If it was 1 kingdom that was attacked 4 times, then that 1 kingdom attacked that realm once in the last 48hrs

Or the two other attacks were for burned acres.

Could someone please tell me where I can find the exact rule with regards to the maximum number of times a KD/Realm can attack a certain KD within x hours?
Very often, I spend huge amountx of spy strength and md to get someone's exact defense, only to find out I can't attack him w/o burned acres (and no xp)... Would be helpful if I knew the exact rule for this....

You can hit a kingdom only 2 times in the last 48hrs (= as long as both hits by your realm on that kingdom appear in the newspaper)

Unless he hits your realm back, then you get 2 extra hits on that kingdom.

Situation
Realm X: Kingdom A and kingdom B
vs
Realm Y: Kingdom C

Example 1
A hits C
B hits C

Done, you cant hit him no more until one of the 2 hits disappears from the newspaper.

Example 2
A hits C
B hits C
C hits A

Now realm X (consisting of kingdom A and B) can hit kingdom C another 2 times. After that, it is done. Until one hit disappears from the newspaper again, etc.

I dunno if it is correct, but I think it could be like this.

Number of time you can hit one kingdom in 48hrs = 2 + (2 * times he hits your realm)
