Check this outNext week I am going to a costume party with the theme children's programme. I came up with the idea of The Moomins and in particular Snusmumriken (eng. Snufkin). I am slowly getting the clothes and accessories for the costume. Today I googled Snufkin and came to that webpage. Seriously, some crazy stuff there! Martin Luther King must be turning in his grave at the way this baptist church is preaching!

HAHAHA, I LOVE (AND AM FRIGHTENED OF) HOW THEY'RE ACTUALLY SERIOUS ABOUT THAT SHIT.
WHAT I FOUND THE MOST HILARIOUS PART THOUGH, IS THAT THE ORIGINAL POSTER DESCRIBED SNUFFKIN PERFECTLY. EVEN AS A CHILD I LOVED THE CHARACTER.
WE JUST WATCHED MOST OF THE MOOMINS WITH MY SIGNIFICANT HALF SOME YEARS AGO, SO MUCH MORE MEANING TO THE SERIES WHEN YOU ACTUALLY HAVE A DECENT GRASP OF THINGS.
HOORAY FOR INTERNATIONAL CAPSLOCK DAY BTW.

The awards are really funny. Question is though, are there any legit reasons for creating a site like this? Are there really THAT crazy baptist churches out there? Here is a campaign to Shutdown Landover Baptist church.

Ok yeah, once they started about eskimos it became very hard to believe that's a serious topic.
After reading some other topics there, there seems to be a vast amount of trolls who're just, you know, trolling with stuff like that moomin thread, but then there are actually serious people who, for some reason, seem not to notice that the trolls are trolling.

Yeah, those awards are hilarious. It's original intent is as a satire site indeed, tho I do not doubt that there are some serious nutjobs in there that have been thouroughly fooled as well Then again, they do troll a large share of non-christian internet heroes as well

I refuse to believe there are no fundamental atheists out there we could laugh at, regardless if you are atheist, agnosticism, religious. (as long as you are not a fundamentalist). I've not seen any. Atheism is by nature not really fundamentalist I'd assume. Usually any internet humor directed at atheists (and there are stupid atheists opening themselves up for ridicule out there, that's for sure) seem to be coming from creationists, and as such it's just ironic and sad.
