Academy The XP gain multiplier will be reduced down to 4 because of the reduction of hero mortality added to the academy building.
Retaliation Attack It will be possible to make an Retaliation attack.
Making a successful attack against a kingdom that has attacked your kingdom in the previous 24 hours will gain you 30% extra land. In order to gain the extra land, the ruler hero must go out on the attack, and your ruler hero must return home before you lose any land. Being successfully attacked before your ruler hero returns home will result in 0 extra land.
The number 30% may change before the start of the round.
Please test all new changes and report bugs if you get any unexpected results.

My time for Elveron, during this period between the rounds, has been less than usually due to several reasons. Work has taken more time lately due to a new consultant project. I've also been increasing my training time to include Nordic skiing (Cross Country). I'm going to race the Vasaloppet in the first Sunday in March. This less time means that I need more help with deciding the changes, which I also have got. Thanks very much for all the help from everyone that came and decided the changes. Also thanks to those that helped to gather and set up the meeting.
I got informed that it have been a lot of suggested changes during the changes meeting, especially on xp play. We feel that many of those changes may need some time to be discussed before maybe implementing.
The changes posted below are probably not the final changes. I'm expecting the changes to be finished coded by Monday but I'll start this later this evening.
The testing period should be short.
General changes
The round length is 5 weeks
Triple Tap Rule will be moved 48hrs back (GT48 instead of GT96)
It will be impossible to attack below 50% and above 200% of your size, an attempt to do so will result in a "your generals refuse to comply" message similar to when you try to attack the same kingdom twice in an hour.
The amount of land needed to unlock raid attack is lowered to 900 acres from 1000 acres.
Ruler hero xp losses when getting hit lowered from max 3% to max 1.5%.
NO race replacements.
Race changes
Vampire Kiss of death only working at night time. Daywalker +20 gold, from 830 to 850 gold. Vampire bats +10 gold, from 375 to 385 gold.
Frostzorb Frost giant +15g, from 1,250g, 250r, 45dm to 1,265g, 250r, 45dm

The round will be 720 ticks (30 days) long. The last change will be to Troll which will get a new spell to make them more flexible.
Mutation When spell is active the Forest Troll is trained from Swamp Troll and the gold price is reduced by 500g.
