Exploration starts at a cost of 73,380 gold and 55 Novices per acre. You can afford to explore 0 acres (estimate). If you wish you can check with your land manager to get a more detailed description of your lands. If you need help visit the exploration guide page.

Explore For New Land
Name Owned Incoming
Grassland 1,509 97
Mountain 49 1
Forest 1,178 4
Highland 6 0
Swamp 29 8
Tundra 45 70

So I figured since round is over, this wont be counted as op-sharing. Hopefully.

My gold amount says I have enough to explore, but yet I couldnt explore for that one acre. Is it because the formula is complex, and the number is off by just a bit?

Explain please. :)

Might also be a Leshkin issue, since they have increased exploration cost.

Have you tried exploring that 1 acre though ?

did you actually try to explore 1 acre? because yes the exploration estimation is way off.

No I didn't attempt to.

It said I could'nt explore, so I did not attempt it.

Been trying to figure out the exploration cost formula. So far I got this :

Code:
exploration cost for 1 acre

Y = (ln(x) / ln(2)) * X    +   (0,0000282 * X^2)   +   (2,683 * X)   -   1269

X is current landsize (including incoming land)
Y is gold exploration cost

So far I've seen, the maximum inaccuracy of this formula, is 3 gold
The formula has been derived from data from 350-5000 land
Ofcourse, Leshkins need to multiply with their military modifier.
