given it's a spyop only and not farsight, what are some of the max Op people can get at OOP. It's a spyops so 18% margin of error is expected, but with 8 strength'ng it gives it much less chance of failing or bouncing.

Spy Operation "Spy on Military"
Click "Send Spies"

SoMs are already a lot easier to optain then SoB and SoIs.
