Actually that doesn't make sense to me. Either something is overpowered or it isn't. A counter example would be it being possible to have a race that has relatively small numbered troops that is still rather powerfull.
It did seem like you where mocking my dragons and suggesting that it was just like any other bad attempt to design a dragon race (and therefore calling me a bit of a hippocrite since I argued why those others had failed). My dragons whern't a thing like Trolls (another race I designed) because the entire basis of the races are completely different. Trolls really are space effective to the point where they need strong penalties to counter it (ie no homes and strong population penalty). Draconians only look space effective at first glance, but they arn't any more space effecive than Eye Tyrants are. That said, I'm not even pimping that race anymore since the concept of playing with big/small numbers is currently attached to another race.
Back to your race though. I still see that you havn't really dealt with my first post in this thread. Specifically these questions
Does this race have two workers? If so, why not just put that in the military notes like how Amazons used to?
Do homes hold a total of 15 pop or 35? The wording on them needs work. If they hold 15, then there's no point to them since all normal buildings (even spires) would hold more population.
Does the unit that boost your attack and defense per unit really have to boost defense? Wouldn't it be easier for players just to have an easily known defense and have your boost units just your attack?
