Race: Pestilists
Alignment: Evil
Main Overview:
Bipedal creatures, similar in form to humans, they usually come in a grey skin tone, with slightly glowing veins all over their body, which pulsate creepily. The veins are enlarged, giving them an eerie vibe, with their green or red eyes, and black, sometimes green-highlighted hair. They are the creatures of disease, of Pestilence, their god. The lucky survivors, are mutated, and transformed, to become strnoger, although in a yet grutesque form. They plan to unite the world under their rule, bringing all to their command, as they wipe out their opposition with frailty and disease. Their battles with others are tragic, as the casualties line not just on the front line, but on the land and cities, where sickness kills the workers of the enemy kingdoms.
Bonuses and Penalties:
-7% Peasant Population.
-5% Base Corruption.
Natural 2.5% chance for Spy Ops to reflect (Without use of Pestilence Altars).
Unable to invest in Kingdom Housing.
Due to illness and mistreatment, slaves die at a rate of 1.5% per hourchange.
Due to Slaves filling up space, Mines can only hold 5 additional citizens instead of the normal 10.

Immune are trained directly from Peasants.
When Martyrs are sacrificed, you get an offence bonus for an hour. ( Every 1x your land = 3% increase. Ie. your land is as 200 land, if you sacrifice 400 Martyrs, you get a 6% offence increase for an hour. )
Spells
Contamination - WAR ONLY - INSTANT - Converts 1% of your opponent's Peasants and Workers into slaves. If there is no room for slaves, the remaining become peasant citizens.
Genetic Mutation - SELF - Reduces Carrier, Sickened, Infected, and Martyr casualty by 10%.

Ward (Home) Swamp
Diamond Mine Houses 10 slaves in addition to production and housing.
Gold Mine Houses 10 slaves in addition to production and housing.
Iron Mine Houses 10 slaves in addition to production and housing.
Acid Pool (Tower)
Pestilent Altar (Frost Temple) Swamp Reduces return time and incoming land by 0.25*Altar% (max 6hour reduction). Successful Spy Ops and Magic casted on your kingdom are reflected by 0.1*PA%. Increases Mage and Spy Power by 0.5*PA% (40% max on both).

Changes:
Lowered the power of Ops and Spy/Mage power of the Pestilence Altars.
Decreased the Population growth from 5% to 7%.
Lowered the ability to hold slaves for the Mine from 30 to 15.
Lowered Genetic Mutation's casualty rating from 20% to 10%.
Ghastly Mutation OP and DP switches during the night.
Notes:
Yes, I know how annoying it would be to try and Op this race. Any suggestions on balancing the Op Reflection out, as well as giving an ideal scenario with it?
Also, I think that land players would be able to abuse the slaves being held in the Mines. Should I perhaps lower the population space it can hold? Maybe less slaves?
Also, I know the casualty rates are very low on some of the units, which is why I upped the priced.

May I ask why there are slaves in the iron mine when they don't use iron for anything?

Think of it like Shinobis. There are Iron Mines there, but nothing to use it on. Anyone in their right mind wouldn't both building one anyways, unless you suggest I just kick it out to begin with. I could always alter the price to the Virus Mutant and Ghastly Mutation so that they need some iron too, if nothing less.
And I suppose they look like vamps, because one of their units switches OP and DP with the Day/Night switches, but I don't know what else to base their switch on.
And the effect of getting Workers too, I suppose.

i'm sorry to be the one to have to tell you... its dam near impossible to fill up that slaves, i was expecting to maybe see a unit capture slaves on attacks. when i read it, however, the closest thing i saw to that was a unit who beats down the vampire lords.
and for the ghastly mutation, does it really even make sense to give him a changing in offense and defense? does it make sense to give a possible 12 offense unit 50% casualties?
i'm sorry, these guys just don't appear they would work..

Ghastly Mutation was designed to be a tad overpriced. Lowest casualties (Mage/spy doesn't count), fastest return time, highest attack and defence...
Although, maybe I could dumb it down a little, into maybe a unique unit.
And they'd be a bit like Vampire Lords, but the drawback is that they're the elite DEFENCE, and you really wouldn't send them unless you're either insane or you have too much defence to begin with.
As for the mines, any suggestion to the number of slaves per Mine?

umm virus mutant's effect is absolutely pointless. why would you send out a 3 attack 7 defense guy out in the first place? the ability doesnt nearly make up for the sheer inefficiency.

Eh... I overpriced the casualty rate and return time thing then.
Made some major changes, although it might be too cheap now. <<; -Hates math.-
Changes:
Pestilant's price lowered from 2290g to 950g. (Price based on Shinobi's CA.)
Virus Mutant's price lowered from 2630g to 1050g. (Price based on Frostzorb's Ice Hunter.)
Virus Mutant's effect (Every Virus Mutant sent on attack infects several of the enemy peasants and workers, and turn them into the Infected. (1.5 for every Virus Mutant)) taken off.
Ghastly Mutation's attack lowered to 5.
Ghastly Mutation's price lowered from 8720g to 2600g (Based on Human's Longbowman)
Added new effect for Ghastly Mutation from (Ghastly Mutations switch their offence with their defence during the Night.) to (Ghastly Mutations gain 0.2 OP for every 8.5%Swamps. (Maximum of 7OP.))
Changed Cloud of Pestilence Spell (WAR ONLY, ONE-TIME - After a successful attack, 5% of the defender's peasants and workers die from illness.) to: Contamination - WAR ONLY (converts 1% of your opponent's Peasants and Workers into slaves. If there is no room for slaves, the remaining become peasant citizens.)
Mines now hold only 10 slaves for each Mine, and can only hold 5 extra citizens instead of 10.
