I like the idea of Global Achievements providing a Global Bonus (bonus to all kingdoms). The person that won the global achievement, would get to choose which bonus everyone would get.
Personal bonuses for global achievements would be very hard to balance, and also boost/encourage runaways. I do not want to go that route.
Currently luck has a great impact on good/evil heroes. Although the alignments both have similar heroes, there is nothing dictating that when Kylian (+6% def) is released, that Dina must also be released. It's very possible that one alignment would get very strong heroes, while the other alignment gets very weak heroes. This suggestion fixes that problem.

Unique Hero List: Includes ALL unique heroes.
Unique Hero Pool: Includes only heroes that are: in kingdom service, in bazaar, or will be in bazaar when heroes are released (or rereleased).
All 12 unique race heroes would start in the hero pool.
Other heroes would be grouped in sets of 2 of opposite faith, and similar bonuses.
Examples:
Martin/Lord William
Vandroiy/The Nameless One
etc./etc.
Kingdoms that win a global achievement, would get to decide which pair of heroes to add into the hero pool. The pair of heroes selected would stay in the hero pool for the entire round. All heroes in the hero pool that are currently not in service, will be rereleased at start of the next day (the cap of 3 per faith would be removed, this also assumes that heroes have been released for the round).

I changed land rankings to multiples of 1250. This is because it's possible to get 1k land from OOP land.
Late round, this would result in more heroes than currently. 6 heroes per alignment are race heroes. If we lower the base exp to 500 (of race heroes only), the problem of too many heroes would be less of a problem.

lv 20+ = 5
(random newbs would be able to bid on 1 hero, land players 2-3, expers 3-4)
