i think there should b a draft round this age, not sure if uv allready planned 1 or not, let me no lol.
i know tht these rounds are very helpfull to active players willing to learn...... i did 1 last age and learned alot!

We usually have 1 per Age. Next round is round three of the Age. I think round 4 will be too early, but round 5 should become a draft round. If we can find enough captains!

" A draft is a process used in the United States, Canada, Japan, Australia, Russia and the Philippines to allocate certain players to sports teams (packs). In a draft, teams (captains) take turns selecting from a pool of eligible players (all players that sign up for the darft)."
Everyone can sign up. A few good players are chosen/voluenteer to be a so called 'Captain'. When the number of captain is decided + the number of total players signed up, we decide how many players every captain can/should pick.
So you will end up with 8 packs of ~8 players battling against eachother. It an opportunity for less experienced players to learn the game from the captains.

can we have an xp captain as well on the next draft round or even two? If it can be arranged? I would like to expand the xp player pool as well.
