Well, I've turned off display errors, so at least suppressing the wall o' text. Still trying to run down exactly where the problem is occurring.

Looks like I found the problem. Let me know if you're getting any weirdness.

Yes, i had a problem with tavs not being included too, but i think it did work some times.

Yes, tavs are broken in manual mode.

Also, DD doesn't work at all in manual mode. When pasting ops, it just says:

Fatal error: Call to a member function children() on a non-object in /home/esportsi/public_html/legendscalc/beta/libraries/legendsapi.php on line 238

Which race(s) are you having problems with the taverns on? I know I tested those between rounds on Sylvan...

Looks like when I fixed the "wall of text", I broke the taverns. Should be fixed now. Still need DD ops to replicate/fix Ceekayed's reported problem.

Calculator accepts Lesser Farsights as Farsights. (Only a problem with Auto mode. If I'm dumb enough to load a farsight in Manual, that's my stupidity).

Is the FS "light" yellow or green? Are the FS "troop numbers" yellow or standard white?

If the answer to both is yellow, it's treating it as a LFS correctly. If the answer to one is yellow and not the other, then something is on crack. If the answer to neither is yellow, I'm gonna need an API key and a target that you have a LFS in the book for to go digging.

I should do better testing before jumping to the wrong conclusion. There is a bug, but not as I reported (or I can't reproduce the bug as reported*).

FS is Green. The troop numbers are a standard white.

W/O LFS:

When adding in the LFS, if New Highest Possible <= Old Highest Possible, then the New Lowest Possible will become the Old Highest possible. (This shouldn't affect estimated DP for Highest Possible. . . I will have to test this more.)

Pretty clear something didn't get handled right. I need to be able to poke around with the API to see what the calc is getting and be able to replicate things.

Also, in the "for information" department... if you copy the two ops out of your RB and paste them into the calc, does it handle the LFS correctly?

I think I isolated all the little logic bombs. For what it's worth, they were all display errors of sorts...

- Wasn't properly incrementing "ops available" for lesser farsights -- was incrementing "ops available" as a farsight instead, which is why FS was showing as green instead of yellow.

- Wasn't properly printing out of the lesser farsight array (I changed the way I indexed the arrays but forgot to tell the print function that)

- Was storing the greater of the MAX SoM home and MIN LFS numbers when there weren't troops away, instead of the greater of MIN SoM home / LFS numbers like I should have. This only effected the confidence intervals, no effect on calculated defense.

So, the bottom line number was right the whole time. The display stuff should be correct now as well. If you could verify and post back before you change your API key, in case there's something I missed, that'd be great.


And in a somewhat related note... there was also a (display only) bug with DD and spider match dp that is now resolved. The calculation was right the whole time, but the wrong variable was being looked at by the print function.

For Goblins, It seems that building spy is not working for calculating the techie dp. or i am missing something.

Did you input the building spy manually or via the realm book?

Did you have a land spy or farsight included?

Inputted through realm book but i guess same is the case if i pasted the ops manually.
I have included land spy, building spy and military spy.

Still it shows "Techie Defense: 4"
