you're all captains because you're awesome - do we really need to rank order? just random or go by alphabetical or something.
you can always do the one where 1st picks, through 8th (or however many captains), and then 8th picks again back through first. That way the last captain to pick gets two picks back to back.

Yeah, order honestly isn't important. #1-#6 overall picks have virtually no skill gap. It may even be most beneficial to have the #6 and #7 picks. =P Hmmm...

Meh, in all seriousness I can not be a sufficient captain. I don't know how izzy's calc works, I'm not at all up to date on the mechanics of the game, and I just blatantly don't trust myself to maintain activity. Apologies, you'll need to find somebody more appropriate.
