I am curious about this also. Anyone remembers from any previous pauses in the game while auction is on? I guess we wait for zip to reply.

Interesting  EDIT: Are the times in server time? 23:45 mantainance start and 8:00 end? Will hourchanges happen? Get resources, military trains, troops return etc?

it says uk time. isnt that 2hrs before servertime? when on servertime is it going to happen?

Cant you just remove the heroes that are going off during downtime and put them back up once the downtime is over? Otherwise whoever gets in the last bid prior to downtime wins all the heroes.
