Will most likely be longer especially with the draft going on. Was only fast this round because of the influx of dominion players

Hopefully no on this. Signup period = downtime = less time playing = bad
Any service should minimise downtime right?

In addition, the lack of targets just reflect a change in metagame.
Past: Inactives > Players
Present: Players > Inactives
It does not reflect a flaw in game mechanics, so should not warrant a change?

Furthermore is this is a real issue, a suggestion would be for zip to make realm 0 be a faithless realm of bots kingdoms just for OOP.

In summary, lack of OOP targets is a bad excuse for downtime.

Probably, but most people don't like seeing gobbos as #1 anyways. They make the game all weird.

Cents have been nerfed harder than almost any other race in existence. I didn't expect it, but I'm not amazed to see people ignoring them at this point.

I think it is more a matter of good alignment being ignored this round. If everyone had played good (instead of evil) then there prolly would have been a few cents.
Though they are a bit boring ofc. :)
