I quite like this card, but it seems silly having both colours with the same ability. Also, dont forget to target the opponent. What about:
Infirmary (enchantment)
2(W)(G)
(W): Remove 1 poison counter from target opponent. You gain 1 life.
(G): Remove 1 poison counter from target opponent. Put a 1/1, white Healer creature token into play.

Its just a suggestion anyway.

Im a bit worried about how this works. Do you have to play the spell and then pay the 2 (there is no spell to target otherwise)? If that is the case you dont have to activate it until they try to counterspell, which is a little overpowered.
My proposal would be:
Stuborness (enchantment)
2(G)(R)
(2): Until end of turn, spells cannot be countered. You gain 1 poison counter. Play this ability only during any player's upkeep.

This is also very strong, but balanced because your opponent's spells would also be uncounterable.

2(R)(B): Destroy target creature, it can't be regenerated. You gain 1 poison counter.

Most "cant be regenerated" kill spells in black have a non-black, non-artifact clause. Id like to see this have at least the non-black part, as red is good at destroying artifacts.

Can we bump the cost up to 5? a 2/2 flyer with abilities for 4 is good in most colours (except white) and artifact creatures should be more expensive, especially with some cool abilities like these.

just some re-wording:
Phyrexian Ooze (artifact creature - Ooze)

Phyrexian Ooze has power and toughness equal to the total number of poison counters on all players.
Remove a poison counter from target opponent: Regenerate Phryexian Ooze.

Move all poison counters from players to this Pool of Poison. You lose 1 life for each poison counter removed in this way.
(2)T: Move one poison counter from this card to target player

Poison counters cant exist not attached to a player. What about:
Pool of Poison (land)
Pool of Poison comes into play tapped
When Pool of Poison comes into play, remove all poison counters from all players. You lose 1 life for each poison counter removed in this way.
T: Target player gains 1 poison counter.

I know it is a different card that way, but it was extremely underpowered before and is almost playable now (still weak).

While Resistance Stone is in play, it's controller can only be killed by poison if he/she has 13 poison counters or more instead of 10.

You dont lose the game for having 10 or more poison counters.
If you have 13 or more poison counters, you lose the game.

A few comments about the set in general...
It is missing a number of the basic building blocks that every set needs to function properly, such as:

- a black, instant speed, kill spell (usually kills non-black, non-artifact)
- a green artifact/enchantment killer (e.g. Naturalise), usually instant speed
- a red, sorcery speed, artifact kill spell
- a red, instant speed, direct damage spell
- a white, instant speed, prevent damage or gain life spell.
- a green, instant speed, creature pumper (e.g. Giant Growth)
- a white, sorcery speed, creature sweeper (e.g. Wrath of God)
- a white, sorcery speed, enchantment sweeper (e.g. Tempest of Light)
- perhaps the 2 above could be combined a la Akroma's Vengeance
- at least one red land destruction card
- at least one green land search or mana speed-up card

At the moment there are basically no ways to destroy artifacts and enchantments in the set, and very little creature kill or tricks as well.

Id also like to see a couple more reprints, such as:
Serpent Generator

Well to be honest I really hadn't planned on this being a stand alone set, but if you want we can do it. I will create another thread where we can deal with the non-poison cards of the set. I actually do have a great idea for a second theme for the set.

I do have to laugh at myself when I look at the revisions. Only I can mess up that often. By the way, now that Serpent Generator has been added, the only older poison card not being reprinted would be Pit Scorpion (a card that is basically getting replaced since it is so much weaker than pretty much every other older poison card).

Poison x (Whenever an opponent recieves damage from this creature, that player recieves x poison counters. Whenever a player has 10 or more poison counters, that player loses the game.)

Toxic x (Whenever an opponent recieves combat damage from this creature, that player recieves x poison counters. Whenever a player has 10 or more poison counters, that player loses the game.)
