Frig, well. Stupid that I wanted to sleep with quaffle. I wasn't sure whether or not a serial killer had tried to kill me (hence the no kill the one night) or the serial killer killed the other sk. But clearly the latter isn't an option, so ceek tried to kill me then? Only makes sense. But yeah, cool game none the less, interesting roles FO SHO. So me sleeping with quaffle didn't have any difference, other than i was in the same room as him? I dont understand that LUF, because you said that me sleeping with quaff ended the game...but if ceek already tried to kill me, then my power was gone? Hmm, interesting. well, we lynched Robes right. I dont understand Robes? he wasn't a SK?

I dont understand Robes? he wasn't a SK? See the game logs. The fail killed was on Plum, not on you. Would you have not slept with Quaffle, you'd still have your special power which was unused so there could have been one more day if Ceek targeted you at night (altho i doubt he would have done that because of the risk). Indeed, Robes was a cit. I tried as much as possible to wait before revealing who was the remaining killer in the story to keep the suspense.

oh gotcha. Very interesting! the game was fun, although a bit slow at times gg LUF, better than other mafz. Also, people on msn would always msg me asking about me and stuff (people not involved with the game) so i know a lot of people were following and very interested!

here's my last pm to quaffle:
Message subject: Re: Loof mafia Day 5 Folder: Sent messages
Its either ceek or lefty... probably ceek.
I've been hesitant to point at ceek because I've been discussing it with knic, and she thinks it would be very unlikely that ceek is maf...
all I know fer sure is that I'm not maf.

Yeah, it happened with me too at the beginning, but as i couldn't answer any questions for fear to leaking something, they stopped contacting me. Good to know they continued following the game and i'm glad to see that this was an interesting read for non-players! Robes : Hehe, nice. Ceek played very nicely, he only did a couple of very small and hard to catch mistakes (those you catch easily when you know who's what, but are almost impossible to get when you don't have all that info). You eventually catching that he was probably the maf means you did well!

I clearly pointed at myself on the first two nights. I was by far the most active people in legends, had myself open, you could see that I was around when nights started and nights ended. Glad no one caught that.
However, this was definitely the hardest game I've played. And the most fun at the same time. Wish there was a bit more activity though.
I knew my hints were too cryptic to use for anything, but to create chaos with.
Also, when I failed my kill on Plum, I thought he could be a) my partner, or b) a Power role with a big P. So, I paniced and jumped to defend him. It turned out well, since when Lefty claimed his role, I knew Plum was Loki, a cit and he'd still get lynched and the blame for the wrong call would point to Lefty, pretty much giving me the edge on next day's lynch.
Before the plum night I just killed semi-randomly, though knic had to go because of his claimed power.

And bunch of thanks to LUF for hosting the game. I put ALOT of time to laying this game out when I failed the kill on Plum. So hard to figure out who has and what kind of powers and how I could run the next days safely without failing another kill or getting lynched meanwhile.
I think the poet roles are quite silly in a sense, when there are people playing who don't have english as their 1st language. It's really hard to defend against lynches or say much at all if you're not good at rhyming.

I should have made it optional for both versions so they would be used only for their special powers. That said, Cobra's little stunt at the beginning (you have no idea how much i laughed when i saw him starting that) gave me better idea for metatext powers that, i hope, are going to be easier to play, or less annoying.
