I prefer Immor's version by a lot.
But there are some potentially over-powered elements that need to be either eliminated or at least toned down. In particular, I don't like the Tornado spell; since the race has another racial spell, it should go--or at least be made War-only spell. Also, the unit that garners extra OP per hit seems problematic--the percentage likely needs to be adjusted down in the least.
