Once I found out we had lame weekly-lineups I almost took Tmac because no one's last pick is going to play anyway.

Post why, and if majority (7 or more players) agree, I will change it to daily updates.
However, traditional H2H leagues are weekly updates, whereas Roto is daily and I feel it H2H was setup like that for a reason. Additionally, I must say I feel all that activity becomes more important than how well you drafted, your waiver moves, and/or your trades.
In any case, everyone else let me know your thoughts.
We have:
Daily - Peluin, AF, dulock Weekly - Baron

Hrm, the option is actually locked, anyone else familiar with Yahoo! fantasy bball leagues? -edit- Yahoo! wrote: Edit the configurations you chose during registration. Some settings can only be changed pre-draft (Max Teams, Unowned Players, Roster Changes), some before your first league game (Scoring Type, League Start Date), with the rest available all season long. Bah

Daily updates FTW.
Delete the league and we all re-join, pretty simple. Might take a bit of time but definetly worth it in the long run.
Weekly updates are sooooo boring.

Weekly updates 1000x better than daily updates in H2H.
Please do not change...
EDIT: Pop agrees with me...if it really comes down to voting...
The reality is that a lot of you will go inactive as the season goes on no matter what format we do. If we set it up for weekly updates, then it at least gives the less active people a chance to compete. I'm not saying this for my own benefit...I guarantee that I will be among the 2 or 3 most active in this league for the duration of the season.
Weekly updates also eliminates the problem of streaming (an illegitimate way of winning Fantasy Sports that is enabled by daily updates).
How do weekly updates make it more boring? Just curious since it doesn't really change anything...

Look, it's actually going to be a lot of extra work. I can't delete the league, I can't restart it, have you guys even tried playing weekly updates for H2H? You trade in activity for actual planning. We'd be actually measuring basketball aptitude vs. who can update every single day of the season - might as well play mybrute or some shit. The strategic depth is so much greater than daily where you just stream players.
In any case, we have this league now, let's play it out, ESPECIALLY if you've never done weekly updates before. If you think you can just leave your team on auto-pilot playing your top 8, you're sorely mistaken. Give this a shot, thanks.

Since we're all Elveronians here, I can guarantee you that if we wanted to, we would all make time for daily updates. And if it mattered to have twice-a-day logins in fantasy basketball, those of us that cared would make the logins too. But, from the league history two years ago, of the 10 teams, Baron and I accounted for 74 of the 99 moves. There's probably more actives this time around, but several people will still get disinterested as their team record goes down the tubes. I was going to vote for daily update to steal the easy wins like two years ago, but weekly is probably more strategic. You guys will need to keep track of how many games your players have in a given week now.
