This infamous hat has been described as mystery that has been wrapped in a riddle surrounded by an enigma. At one time there where many Fool's Caps. Originally Barin Breathstealer created one of these caps whenever a petty local lord would ask him for something in return for his servitude. Eventually thoughout the ages, almost of the decendants of these lords realized that the caps where useless and had them destroyed. But mysteriously, the original Fool's Cap was indestructable and still exist to this day waiting for some self delusional fool to wield it's awesomely non-existant power. All those who gain this article are noted in the chronicles for the quality of leadership that obtaining such an item brings.
The fool's cap is initially in the posession of a single fearful troll whelp that has to be slayed in order to get the cap. The troll whelp has a strength of 5. The fool's cap provide some minor bonus.
