visited the bazaar. He usually stays in the service of a ruler for 5
days.

Back in a time lost through the ages there was a secret tribe of Amazons headed by Queen Arhond.
She had chosen a mate that once saved her life, a half-Titan named Y'ja. Y'ja and Queen Arhond bore four children;
two males Djare and Eblak and also two females Y'sydne and Ajuli. Each of them grew to master a weapon:
Djare the blade, Eblak the Spear, Y'sydne the bow and Ajuli the capture net.
A hideous creature had been roaming their lands preying on unsuspecting passers by. The Amazons called it
the Stealth Monster. It would be there then vanish in an instant thus no one really knew much about it.
Y'ja and a band of slaves had gone out to destroy this beast. Y'ja barely returned alone to report of his
encounter. He was beaten so badly he died in Djare's arms moments later. The Queen forbid her children
to persue the monster for fear of losing them as well. Djare, so stricken with grief, could not sit and
do nothing. That night he convinced his siblings to avenge their father and they set out alone.
After weeks of searching they came across a cave that was filled with mounds of human bones and typical
garments of their fellow tribesman. They decided to lay in wait for the creature. As dusk came upon them
they heard then vaguely saw it. It blended so well with the surroundings it was hardly discernable and it was carrying
its next meal. They waited until morning with their plan ...
As the monster exited it's lair Ajuli with great accuracy threw her capture net encompassing the beast.
Y'synde shot arrow after arrow to bring it down to no avail as they seem to just bounce off. Djare charged
with his sword hacking and slashing and only seemed to cut the net loose in turn freeing the monster.
The creature back fisted Djare sending him 10 ft. backwards then turned on him with rage while letting out
an eerie screech. Eblak yelled out to entice the beast his way but failed. Instinctively he thrust his spear
toward the creatures head and down went the monster. He had struck the only soft tissue of the monster from what
appeared to be its ears. As they gathered themselves together however they turned to find that
the creature was gone ... decades later only the legend continues but no one has seen nor heard the
Stealth Monster again.
Stealth Monster was awarded to monster after successfully playing the kingdom
Amazon Grace [#36]
to the top in Round 9 in The Age of Heroes.
